1. About the service
Muse Spark Open is an independent product experience that presents information about an open-weight AI model. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Meta or any other model provider referenced on the site.
2. Accounts
Google is the only supported sign-in method. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Paid plans
Access is limited to paid Standard, Pro and Ultra plans. Monthly and annual subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew until canceled. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes that Stripe or local law requires.
4. Generation queue
After subscribing, pressing a primary Start building action opens a simulated, non-resolving queue for this product preview. The queue does not deliver a model response and does not guarantee capacity, latency or availability.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, probe payment systems, automate abusive traffic, or misrepresent an affiliation with the model provider.
6. Third-party services
Google authentication, Stripe billing, Cloudflare hosting and linked documentation are governed by their respective providers. Outbound reference links are supplied for context and may change without notice.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features, plans and content may be updated, suspended or removed. A change to these terms applies when the revised version is published.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this preview or reliance on third-party model information.
