1. Information we collect
When you continue with Google, we receive the account identifier, name, email address and profile image that Google makes available. We also store your selected plan, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, order status and the account timestamps needed to operate the service.
2. How information is used
We use account information to authenticate you, determine whether your plan is active, provide account and billing screens, prevent abuse and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.
3. Payments
Stripe processes checkout, renewals, invoices and customer-portal sessions. Payment card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on Muse Spark Open servers. Stripe receives the billing email and plan details required to process a transaction.
4. Cookies and sessions
A secure session cookie keeps you signed in. OAuth popup coordination may use short-lived browser storage. Essential cookies and local storage are required for authentication and security; optional analytics are not enabled unless a measurement ID is configured for the deployment.
5. Service providers
We use Google for authentication, Stripe for billing, Cloudflare for hosting and networking, and our database provider for account and subscription records. These providers process only the data needed to deliver their part of the service.
6. Retention and deletion
Account and subscription records are retained while your account is active and for the period needed to meet legal, tax and fraud-prevention obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated records by contacting the site operator through the email associated with your account.
7. Security
Secrets are stored in server-side secret stores. Access is limited to systems that need it, traffic is served over HTTPS, and payment webhooks are verified using the signing secret supplied by Stripe.
8. Your choices
You can cancel a subscription through the Stripe billing portal. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing.
